Hi All,

Thanks again to those who turned out to the lecture on Saturday. For those who missed it or who want to see it again, I video taped it and you can view it at
http://www.shinyorange.tv/jquery.php?customer_id=5&recording_id=120. I have also placed the powerpoint presentation in the "Files" section of the meetup website. Feel free to reply to this mailing list with comments or email directly using the "email me" link on the meetup website.

Note the recording is not the best quality and I ran out of tape at the 1 hour mark. I edited (switching cameras) it using Premier Pro, which I had never used before and I was doing so over Remote Desktop, so the switching may seem a little rough. I can work on the video quality for future lectures. If anyone wants to volunteer to run the camera, please let me know.

I noticed some of you have started suggesting ideas in the message board and using the "Ideas" feature. That is great, keep them coming. Please let me know if you would be willing to present as well. I will be contacting those who wish to present to get some firm commitments.

On another note, I have stepped down as organizer of the Database Professionals meetup, so I can focus more on this one.

I am going to try to have the next lecture in mid to late April. I would like to keep up the "once a month" cycle that we had for the meetups.
